** $500 redemption option requires a $3,000 Food and Beverage minimum for the contracted reception
1) Must reserve and place deposit for valid event in January or 2016, for any future date.
2) Completion of the submission form does not reserve your event. Our Sales and Catering team will follow up on all submissions, check availability and forward contract to be signed, if available.
3) Entries will be accepted from January 14, 2016 through Febuary 29, 2016.
4) How to Enter: The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all givewaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of DoubleTree by Hilton Flagstaff. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of DoubleTree by Hilton Flagstaff.
